The vessel is fitted with certified lifting eyes, to enable the vessel be craned to the water. With a large cockpit and generous beam, the design lends itself well to use as a workboat / dive boat with few modifications.

    Vessel Docking

    NMS can assist in the lead up to vessel dockings. Our naval architects have consulted on the structure and water tight integrity of vessels prior to the docking. We can also survey the blocks to confirm they are in accordance with the docking plan.

  • Structural Assessment

    Naval Architecture and Marine Solutions were asked to review the structural capacity of a series of existing load out stools.

    The scope of the project included producing a structural report applying the requirements of the relevant Australian Standard.

    Naval Architecture and Marine Solutions designed 9.7m Commercial Fishing Vessel . With a beam of 3.17m, the vessel is classed to NSCV Class 3C with scope for a future upgrade to 2C charter fishing. Powered by a 6.7L Cummins engine coupled to a Konrad 680 leg, the vessel carries 800 litres of fuel, 100 litres of fresh water and 380 litres of live catch below deck.
